Welcome to our new Project Manager, Madeline Russell! She’s hitting the ground running with several key upcoming activities:
Save the date for the annual Regional Collaborative (RC) Summit on June 28th from 1-5pm at Boise State University. The topics to be addressed at the summit include RC sustainability, referral tracking and management, and effective alignment with SHIP. Dr. Epperly will be attending and giving the keynote address. Don’t miss this opportunity.
Additionally, there has been some activity on the Virtual PCMH side of the project as well. Recently the Cohort One virtual PMCH application offering closed and an announcement of designations is anticipated on or about May 1st. The Telehealth portion of the project now includes technical assistance to SHIP cohort clinics funded through the telehealth competitive grant opportunity. The department is in the process of establishing a vendor through a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will close May 22 and all prospective vendors are encouraged to contact Bev Berends at Beverley.firstname.lastname@example.org. The review and selection process is underway with an announcement expected in July.
