Advisory Groups & Workgroups
Implementing the Statewide Healthcare Innovation Plan (SHIP) in Idaho required changes on multiple fronts. To support these changes, the Idaho Healthcare Coalition (IHC) recruited advisory groups and created workgroups who were charged with assisting the IHC with the implementation of SHIP's seven goals. Each group met regularly and created a project charter with milestones that acted as the roadmap for achieving SHIP's goals for transforming healthcare. The IHC, with the support of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW), monitored the healthcare transformation and assisted the groups with making adjustments to each of their charters to maintain alignment with the overall transformation goals.
The Calendar section of this website contains the meeting schedules and locations for the IHC, workgroups and advisory groups.
